Counsellor/Mohammed Jassim Bin Naji

Consultant Mohammed Jassim bin Naji Al-Qenaie is one of the most distinguished judicial figures in the State of Kuwait. He held the highest judicial offices and advanced through the judiciary since the late 1970s, culminating in his service as President of the Supreme Judicial Council and President of both the Court of Cassation and the Constitutional Court. He is widely recognized for his pivotal role in the development of judicial work and in consolidating the principles of constitutional legality and judicial independence.
